1. If you wish buy a gun online and then have it transferred to Concept Arms, you can email us a copy of your online receipt to info@conceptarms.com and we will forward our FFL to the online dealer.
2. Or, the online dealer can email us directly requesting our FFL. **They should include a copy of their FFL.
3. We will respond typically within a day.
4. NOTE: The online dealer should include the name and phone number of the person who will be picking up. Sometimes, especially when purchasing from pawn shops, auctions and individuals, this step is forgotten, so if you don't hear from us after you have tracked the shipping, feel fee to give us a call.

2. When you pick up the transfer, you will be required to complete a Form 4473.
3. If you have a valid SC Concealed Weapons Permit, you will not require a federal background check.
*To be valid, your CWP must not be expired and must have the same address as your ID.
4. If you do not have a valid CWP, we will run a NICS background check (National Instant Criminal Background Check System.)
5. The results of a NICS check can be either PROCEED, DELAY, or DENIED
*If it is PROCEED, you will be able to take your firearm home on the same day.
*If it is DELAYED, you will be able to pick it up in 3 business days, or whenever we get the approval.
*If it is DENIED, you will not be able to purchase the firearm.
1. The FFL will ship the firearm to us with the customers contact information.
2. We will check the firearm into our inventory.
3. We will then notify the customer that the gun has arrived.
4. When customer picks up the gun, they will be required to complete a form 4473, and satisfy the background requirements.
5. Our incoming transfer fee is $35 per firearm payable at the time we begin the process of transferring the firearm to you.
NFA items would be Suppressors, SBR's, SBS's & Transferrable Machine Guns
1. Unless you are transferring through Silencer Shop, the transfer fee for NFA items to Concept Arms is $150 per NFA item.
2. The increased charge is for additional administrative costs and the fees which we are charged for the submission process.
1. Be sure to bring shipping/FFL information for where you want the gun(s) to be shipped.
2. We will check the gun(s) into our inventory.
3. We will then package and ship the firearm(s) to the FFL.
4. Shipping usually runs $65 - $150, however the final shipping price is determined by the weight, size and destination.
Guns in South Carolina are NOT “registered” in someone’s name.
For example, if you are given a gun from a friend or relative within our state, you do not have to go to an FFL gun store to have the gun registered in your name - the transaction is over.
*Each state has their own rules on the registration of firearms.
